We accept returns of any undamaged Muse purchased directly from www.choosemuse.com or www.choosemuse.ca, provided you have used it for no more than 60 days from delivery and InteraXon receives it within 75 days from delivery. View our Terms of Sale for detailed information on this policy.

Exchanges


If you are within your 12-month warranty period and need to exchange your Muse headband, please contact Customer Care.

We will require proof of purchase, receipt or order confirmation email for the original purchase, as well as your headband's serial number. This is the 12 digit alpha-numeric combination found on the inside of the left ear piece.
