HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY MUSE?

If you are within your 12-month warranty period and need to exchange your Muse headband, please contact Customer Care.

We will require proof of purchase, receipt or order confirmation email for the original purchase, as well as your headband's serial number. This is the 12 digit alpha-numeric combination found on the inside of the left ear piece.
