HOW DOES MY DATA HELP YOU IMPROVE MUSE?

If you are not a member of the Muse Research Program, your data remains completely confidential and anonymous.

If you do choose to join the Muse Research Program, your biometric and brainwave data is anonymously shared with our researchers. This is voluntary and you can choose to withdraw from this program at any time in your Privacy Settings.

As a member of the Muse Research Program, you are also given access to special Muse Labs sessions which let you try new features and algorithms which are still being explored by our researchers.

In general, anonymous Muse data is used in aggregate to help understand how to make the Muse experience more compelling, accurate, and effective.

We take our users’ privacy seriously and have a comprehensive Privacy Policy that governs how we handle sensitive data.
